Most independent clinics run on instinct — no clear view of no-shows, collection rates, or which branch is actually profitable until the month is already over. The data exists; it's just scattered across appointment books, payment records, and someone's memory. Eidara turns that data into a clear, daily picture — whatever the specialty, wherever the clinic runs.
The biggest problem clinic owners bring us is patients: enquiries wait hours for a call, and few clinics can say which campaign actually paid for itself. So we're building Eidara Growth, an AI workflow that runs patient acquisition end to end — it publishes the ads, an AI voice agent calls every enquiry, and every visit is traced back to the ad that earned it. It's in early access now.
We're a small team building this from Pune, working directly with clinic owners rather than guessing at what a generic healthcare SaaS product should look like. Eidara is software designed, built and owned by Eidara HealthCare Private Limited, incorporated in Pune in April 2026. Clinics subscribe to it and use it themselves.

The month-end close is too late to change anything. A clinic should see its collections, no-shows and utilisation the same day they happen — not four weeks after.
Only what's true
We don't ship vanity dashboards or claim certifications we haven't earned. Every number traces back to something real, and we say plainly what we don't do yet.
Your data runs your clinic
Clinic and patient data exists to run your clinic — nothing else. Its records are stored in India, and it is never sold or shared with advertisers.
AI that says it's AI
The voice agent we're building is there to help patients, not to fool them. It says it's an AI at the start of every call.
Built with operators
We build alongside clinic owners and front-desk teams, not from a whiteboard. If a feature doesn't survive a real clinic's Monday morning, it doesn't ship.
Boring, reliable software
