Where your data lives
Patient documents (X-rays, reports, prescriptions) are stored in Cloudflare R2, not on exposed public storage. Data is kept within India.
We do not sell patient data
Your clinic's and patients' data is never sold, shared with advertisers, or used to train models for other customers. It exists to run your clinic — nothing else.
Compliance posture
We align our data handling to the DPDP Act, 2023. Where a certification is in progress rather than held, we say so plainly here and update this page the day it changes.
What we haven't earned yet
We don't display certification badges we don't hold. If a compliance claim isn't true today, it isn't on this page today.

Clinic and patient data is stored in India, using Cloudflare R2 for documents like X-rays, reports, and prescriptions — not on exposed public storage.
Is Eidara DPDP compliant?+
Eidara's data handling is aligned to the DPDP Act, 2023. We describe this as "aligned to," not "certified," because certification is a separate formal process we haven't completed.
Does Eidara have HIPAA or GDPR certification?+
No — Eidara does not hold HIPAA or GDPR certification today. Both are on our roadmap as we grow, and this page will say so plainly the day either becomes true, not before.
Does Eidara sell or share patient data?+
No. Clinic and patient data is never sold, shared with advertisers, or used to train models for other customers — it exists only to run your clinic.
